Please note that The Funkie Moon is unable to accommodate any changes to the items or the delivery address once a shipping label has been created.

If you are not happy with your order, please let us know and return it back to us within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

While we package your gifts with the most care, the shipping process is not always gentle. Should your order arrive damaged, email your order number and a photo to thefunkiemoonshop@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. We’ll happily replace your order if there is more in stock or issue you a refund.

If your item has a status as "delivered" but has not arrived, please allow a few additional business days for it to show up. We have found that sometimes packages are scanned as "delivered" when in fact they are still on the way! The Funkie Moon is unable to replace lost or stolen packages. We ask you to double, triple check that you are using the correct mailing address to reduce the risk of errors. We will file a claim on your behalf in the case that there are issues with your delivery, but we recommend that you also reach out directly to the courier to file a claim for your package in the event that it is lost.
